- NO REFUND will be given without the ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT All "NEW" BOOKS purchased must be returned in "NEW" RESALEABLE condition.
- FULL REFUNDS - THE FIRST WEEK of the semester (only on books purchased for the current semester).
- 80% REFUND - The second week of the Semester.
- Textbooks purchased outside the above time frames will be given a full refund within three business days of purchase
- Summer Session refunds differ from Fall and Spring Semesters. Contact store for details. 801-957-4045

- An original sales receipt is required for each refund.
- No refunds will be given without the original sales receipt!
- Opened merchandise is not considered resaleable as new merchandise and will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be given within 30 days of purchase if merchandise is in new resaleable condition.
- Defective merchandise will be exchanged if returned within 30 days of purchase.

- Open software cannot be returned.
- All defective and dissatisfaction issues are handled directly by the manufacturer.
- Special order software cannot be returned!
- It is the customer's responsibility to assure that software is compatible with their equipment prior to purchase.
*Note: Some software titles cannot be returned to the bookstore.

- All hardware returns are subject to manufacturer policies.
- Defective product can only be returned upon authorization from the manufacturer.
- Arrangements for exchanging defective hardware must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- It is the customer's responsibility to assure that hardware peripherals are compatiblewith their equipment prior to purchase.
